Product Information

Kim Terakes' twenty-five-year advertising career was really just an excuse to have lunch in restaurants every day. He has since given up the pretence and now devotes himself exclusively to the cause of good food. Since the late 1980s, he has written about food and restaurants for publications such as Australian Gourmet Traveller, Vogue Entertaining, BRW, SMH Good Living and the Sunday Telegraph. He was the restaurant reviewer for the Sun-Herald for several years, and contributed to the Good Food Guide throughout the 1990s. He has been the food writer for GQ magazine for the past six years. Kim started the Boys Can Cook cooking school (boyscancook.com.au) in 2004 and also runs aussiebarbie.com.au.
