After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Benn's Books containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. For goods currently in stock we will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within one working day (to see estimated delivery times for Australia Post’s regular parcel service please check the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/domestic-delivery-times.html). Most deliveries arrive around 2 days after this but can take up to 5 working days. ***Due to the impact of the current Stage 4 Coronavirus lockdown restrictions in Victoria, Australia Post is currently dealing with unprecedented volumes. Refund & Returns Policy
Refunds are only offered for misbound or faulty books returned within 14 days. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time so we can resolve any problems.
